Gonna try this optic mount

 I saw this at OCCAM Defense Solutions a while back and decided to try it. It's a rear sight tower with rail. The back of the 1913 rail is narrow to be used as a rear sight when optic is not mounted. There's a cast version and a billet one. The prices are $100 and $200 respectively. I ordered the cheaper one but they sent the billet by accident I guess. I'm hoping it fits a converted Saiga chambered in 7.62X39. I was confused about which one to get because they specify AKM and AK-74 but not caliber. Anyone have experience with these? I can't think of a more solid way to mount an optic.
