Looks legit to me! Although there are no obvious refrub markings visible, that does not mean the rifle was not "freshened up". Here are just a few of the signs that a rifle was "freshened up", but no visible signs of refurb marking. If there are any repairs done to the stock meaning sanding, bowties, holes, and re-shellacking. If there is any visible re-bluing or black paint on any metal parts especially the butt plate. If the crown of the barrel is blued or painted black.
These are just a few examples where a rifle received a non refurbishment clean up but technically went through the process of turn in, inspection, and repair/refurbishment at an arsenal plant, but did not warrant any stampings. Anyways, it's a great looking rifle and definitely collectable.
