Free stuff

Next time you stay in a hotel go to the front desk and ask for a courtesy kit.  Most hotels and motels will give you toot paste, tooth brush, comb, soap, shampoo, even sometimes a sewing kit.  My wife and I stay away from home about 3 times a year, so we stock up.  We have a couple of small boxes full of that kind of stuff - and its free (well comes with the room).

I am pretty sure anything that is not nailed down is free.

Edit-- what you said is a good idea.  None of our towels say Holiday Inn on them BTW.

Fly Business Class! You get all of that stuff plus a blinfold. Possibly useful if you want to be nice when lining the MZB types up against a wall for final disposition and the Kools are running low.  

KLM also gives away the little ceramic houses with schnapps in them. I have a few but havnt tried any yet. Desparation booze....
