P50 & Williams front sight
« on: December 29, 2013, 03:33:37 PM »
I recently acquired a  Prince 50 para sight for my parabuild (http://www.sksboards.com/smf/index.php?topic=117547.0), along with a Williams front sight post. Unfortunately, I'm having some issues with mating the two:

Looks like the sight post hole isn't wide enough for the Williams sight. Any suggestions on how to overcome this?

Any luck with this? You get it to marry up yet?

From what I understand, the Williams front sight would sit in the slot just ahead of the hole for the sight post on the factory issued front sight (on the left). This slot would have to be cut into the Prince 50 for the Williams to fit.
At least that's what I'm getting from the Williams' installation guide.
